Kevin Moss
Chief Executive Officer
With over thirty years of operational and management experience, Mr. Moss approaches business challenges with an intrinsic knack for innovation, creative problem-solving, and risk assessment, which drives outstanding customer experiences and shareholder returns.
Mr. Moss is co-founder, CEO, and a member of the Board of Managers of Tribalco. As Chief Executive, he oversees Tribalco’s strategic direction and is responsible for corporate governance. Mr. Moss earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Boston University’s School of Management and a law degree from the University of Baltimore. He is an active supporter of numerous local and national charities.
Andrew Stern
President
Mr. Stern is highly regarded for his creativity and entrepreneurship, process-oriented focus, and commitment to building deep, long-term customer relationships.
Mr. Stern is co-founder, President, and a member of the Board of Managers of Tribalco, where he oversees the company’s executive management team. Mr. Stern has a history of successfully leading enterprises from concept to mature operational status. He received an MBA from Emory University and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
Joseph Castro
Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Operations
A dynamic sales leader, Mr. Castro leverages his strategic and technical insights to drive Tribalco’s business initiatives, optimize its sales processes, and expand its global footprint into new markets and geographies.
Mr. Castro has over 20 years of experience in the defense and government services marketplaces and has been with Tribalco since 2008. As Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Operations, Mr. Castro oversees the company’s business development and operations teams across the globe. His leadership style and industry expertise have enriched Tribalco’s quality of service and enhanced the company’s ability to integrate new technologies and adapt to rapidly changing customer landscapes. Mr. Castro received a BBA in management information systems from the University of Hawaii.
Marc Tommer
Chief Financial Officer
A hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Tommer brings a proven record of strong fiscal leadership to Tribalco. He leverages over 35 years of financial and accounting experience to shape, refine, and drive Tribalco’s financial vision and growth strategies.
As Tribalco’s CFO, Mr. Tommer oversees the company’s finance, accounting, procurement, and corporate IT functions. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park.
