Tribalco's medical and equipment training courses are designed to improve students’ skill sets in casualty treatment and management. Some courses are designed specifically for SOFs so they can learn to use the equipment in Tribalco's TICS™ CASEVAC sets; other courses teach students how to use an IFAK in emergency situations. The TCCC skills taught in our non-SOF courses are applicable to military operations, law enforcement casualties, and humanitarian/disaster relief.
Using an interactive training approach, our instructors teach a spectrum of care that gives the wounded or critically injured the best chance of survival.
Evidence-based Medical Techniques
Our courses focus on how to assess and treat patients, how to perform life-sustaining interventions at the point of injury, and how to execute timely, tactical evacuations from hostile areas. Our courses place students in scenarios that challenge their skills, allowing them to recognize what is realistic (and unrealistic) in new situations. We use extensive practical hands-on knowledge to build skill sets in casualty treatment and management.
Based on real-world scenarios
Conducted in accordance with the TCCC All Combatants protocols, Tribalco's courses cover the fundamentals of care delivery in austere tactical and urban environments. Our courses emphasize practical, real-world interventions and improvisational solutions. All training resources are based on TCCC and PHTLS principles, peer-reviewed evidence, expert opinions, and after-action reviews and lessons learned from real-world experiences.
Combat- experienced instructors
As trained current and former tactical operators, our instructors have treated numerous casualties in hostile/combat environments, and are uniquely qualified to understand the challenges that medics face on the battlefield. In addition to providing SOF training, our instructors have taught law enforcement personnel at the local, state, and federal levels.
